If your workflow item was created using an earlier version of ArcGIS Workflow Manager, it may need to be upgraded.
Note:
If you don’t have sufficient privileges, you can't upgrade workflow items.
Complete these steps to upgrade a workflow item:
- Open a web browser and browse to https://gisserver.domain.com/webadaptorname/apps/workflowmanager/ (where gisserver, domain, and webadaptor are replaced by the information about your portal).
- Click Sign In.
- Type your ArcGIS Enterprise account credentials in the Username and Password text boxes and click Sign In.
The My Workflow Items page appears with a list of workflow items.
- Click a workflow item to open it.
The Unable to Connect to <workflow item> message appears.
- Click Upgrade Schema to upgrade the workflow item.
When the upgrade is complete, the workflow item opens in the Workflow Manager web app.
