20210503 12322900 1.0 TRUE NFM Commercial Revitalization Study Boundary The study area boundary was created using parcels and right of way areas.The Board of County Commissioners approved a study of up to $50,000 to do a market-based assessment for commercial and mixed-use development in North Fort Myers. DCG Corplan Consulting, Norman E. Taylor & Associates, and D-H & Associates, have been hired to conduct the study. The Consultants will identify market opportunities and constraints to development that may be mitigated by a change in County policy or other actions. The Consultants will propose land uses, policies, programs and/or actions that will help the area by enhancing property values, and the overall productivity and function of the area.
