Description: Polygons representing buildings in Lee County, Florida. Buildings (complete and under construction) visible on 2016 aerials were added to the initial dataset obtained from the Property Appraiser. Condo buildings are stored in a separate dataset, CondoBuilding_detail. The field BuildingKey can be used to join detailed building table data from the Property Appraiser. Their ImpCodeDesc code was modified in some cases and used in the general classification (CM_class) for ESRI's Community Maps. Outline of tangile mobile homes (not sketched by PA) are being added to this dataset.
